This is the first article in a series I will be doing on Fried Picklez titled Brand Spotlights. In these posts, I will be focusing on specific brands that I like, discussing the brands purpose to introduce it to you all and why I love them. For the first installment, I will be discussing a brand that despite being a newborn, needs no introduction: Parade!
Parade, the underwear that has probably taken over your instagram feed, is one of my favorite brands! I was so intrigued when I started seeing it about a year ago on social media. I expected the products to be super expensive the way the posts were so beautifully curated, but it’s actually the opposite. Parade is an underwear company that prides themselves on being affordable, sustainable, and for everyone! They have the best colors, greatest branding, and overall are a brand that’s passion in marketing and style reflects through the actual product.
I’ve never been a big undergarments fan…I would much rather wear granny panties over a cheeky or thong anyday and don’t even ask me when the last time I wore an underwire bra was…but when I wear Parade I actually love it. My collection is growing and I have almost every color which I usually love to match with my outfits.
My favorite style that Parade offers is the brief. I love the fit, it’s fuller coverage, and the material of the back is thicker mesh than the other styles. Every two weeks they drop a new themed collection of underwear and every time they nail it. Yesterday, they launched ~Chromatherapy~ which is supposed to reflect different auras, how colors make us feel, and our favorite $5 mood rings we had as a child. There’s nothing more exciting than when I see them post their new themes with their unique color names and beautiful models.
During quarantine, Parade has been very vocal about standing up for minority communities and donating both money and underwear to those in need which I admire. They already are committed to donating 1% of all their profits to Planned Parenthood as well. When it comes to the actual product, your body will love it. The fabric they use is super lightweight made from recycled yarn with cotton liners and the packaging is compostable. The stretch that they have and the different mesh panels that differs per styles is another win. The combination of a great product with an ever greater mission, like…can it get any better?
If you’re curious about sizing, I usually wear a Medium in regular cotton underwear (Gap, Aerie, etc) but I wear a Small in Parade. For your first order I would recommend buying whatever size you feel comfortable with, maybe you like more room, maybe not, either way they have a great try on guarantee policy. If the size you order doesn’t fit, you can contact them and they will exchange it for you.
Everyone can fulfill their dreams of being a sexy underwear model with Parade! I feel super good in mine and you will too! If you’re interested in treating your lil booty to a pair and checking out the underwear that has fully taken over the top drawer of my dresser, you can get 20% off shopping through this link:https://secret.yourparade.com/friedpicklez or by using code “friedpickelz“ at checkout!
