In honor of the first day of Black History Month, I wanted to list some organizations that you can donate to. Remember that even though Black History Month is important, it is necessary to acknowledge Black History as an integral part of American history every single day.
I posted a similar article when I first launched in September that has even more resources including books to read, people to follow, etc that I will LINK HERE.
I also want to preface this by saying the best way to help Black people DIRECTLY is through mutual aids posted on social media with people’s direct venmo, cash app, and PayPal. If you’re looking for those resources, please reach out to me and I will share some for you.
